These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the online shop www.sooraw.eu of "SOO ROW" Ltd and the users (you) in relation to the services offered by sooraw.eu. The data that we will receive when ordering, registering or browsing the pages will be used solely for your service - accepting and fulfilling orders, contacting you in cases of need related to the order and improving the service of "SOU ROU" Ltd. Your user profile can be deleted from the system of "SOU ROU" Ltd together with the data associated with it if you wish.
The order
Each order of a product or service through the system of "SOU ROU" Ltd is associated with an obligation to pay by the payment method of your choice. We accept orders 24 hours a day, also on weekends and public holidays. In the order process, you have the opportunity to see the products you are buying and their prices, your name, e-mail, phone, address, postal code, delivery method and payment method. After completing the order, you will receive a call from us at the phone number provided confirming the same information.
Prices
All prices are in BGN including VAT. The prices of the products are shown without the shipping cost, which you will receive information about during the order process.
Problems in order execution
Execution of your order may be prevented for any of the following reasons:
It is possible that one of the ordered products is not available; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or e-mail.
You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details - name, address, telephone number, postcode.
In the event of a discrepancy between the products received and the products ordered, or if an inaccuracy occurs due to our fault, we will bear the cost of the subsequent return and replacement of the non-conforming products. If delivery is not possible through no fault of SOU ROU Ltd (you are not at the address or do not answer the supplier's calls), your order will be returned to us until we contact you.
Payment
We offer cash on delivery: on receipt of your order, you pay the courier in cash or by debit card.

The location of the office and its name is selected during the ordering process.
Order cancellation and return
You can cancel your order free of charge within the day you placed it until 16:00. To cancel an order please call 0889 371 074 or email us at office@sooraw.eu
If an order is refused outside the time limits stated, the customer must pay the courier return to our warehouse.
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days if the type and integrity of the packaging are not compromised.
You may exchange the products for others or we will refund the value if you do not want an exchange. We refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of shipping.
